2009 was an extremely challenging year in all our financial markets, and real estate was no exception! I am particularly proud that last year I was the #1 sales executive w/Prudential Connecticut Realty's Stamford office for the 24nd consecutive year … have been #1 in Connecticut for 20 out of the last 23 years … and was #1 in Stamford sales per the CMLS for the 8th consecutive year. I am honored at being recognized by The Wall Street Journal and named to their “Top 200 in Real Estate” list. Realtor Magazine named me to their list of Top 50 Solo Performers in the U.S., those of us who still provide our own service, individually, to each and every customer. In this age of real estate specialization and teams, I am proudest of my continuing work as a solo performer.
